Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and the original sales receipt within 30 days of purchase.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your electronics to prevent transit damage and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
